I ordered a medium hoodie, but somehow ended up with a small t-shirt instead. The shipping time was fine, so I was hoping everything would be okay, but the order was completely wrong. I emailed support and still haven’t heard anything back, which makes me feel ignored. It’s even more frustrating because this was supposed to be a gift.

The site loaded quickly for me, and I was able to find most things without much trouble. The tickets page threw me off a little at first, though maybe I just missed something.

Ordered a shirt and a couple little things from oliviarodrigo.com. Shipping was okay. Not super quick, but fine. One item had a messed up print, which was annoying. I contacted customer service and they got back to me. Sorted it out. I still like the products overall. Just wish they checked the quality a bit better before sending stuff out

I ordered a shirt from Olivia Rodrigo and it’s definitely cute, but I do have to say the color was a little darker in person than it looked online. Not a huge deal, and it’s not a bad shade at all, but I kept thinking the photos made it look slightly different. I really wish they had pictures in normal lighting, because the lighting in the product photos can be kind of misleading. Like, it’s still cute and I’m happy with it, but yeah, the color photos could be better. Giving it 4 stars because I like the shirt overall, I just wish the shade was shown more accurately

I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from oliviarodrigo, and I’d say they’re actually nice. The print looks clean, and the fabric doesn’t feel cheap or scratchy, at least from what I can tell so far. It was a bit better than I expected.

I’ve been using it for a bit now it’s nice stuff. It feels well-made and does what I needed it to do, so no real complaints there. I will say, after getting into it and comparing what I thought I’d spend, it ended up costing a little more than I expected. Still, overall, I’m happy with it.

The tracking email showed up quickly, the updates actually made sense, and the package arrived on the day it said it would. Nothing was damaged or packed weird either. Overall, no complaints — I’d probably order from there again

My order showed up damaged, which was disappointing. I was kind of expecting everything to be fine like it usually is, so I’m assuming it just got handled roughly somewhere along the way. Still not a great experience

I really liked the look of this shirt, but the sizing just didn’t work for me. Compared to other tops I own in the same size, this one felt way tighter in the arms and noticeably shorter than expected. It’s cute, but the fit was awkward on me.

When I opened it, the shirt was folded neatly and looked clean, with no weird smells or anything like that. The outside bag did have a small dent/crease from shipping, but luckily it didn’t affect the shirt at all. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It was totally fine, but I do think the packaging could be a little sturdier for merch.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size hoodie from oliviarodrigo.com and realized it basically the second after I paid, which was super annoying. I emailed support expecting the whole thing to be a long dramatic mess, honestly. But they got back to me the next day, canceled the order, and said the refund was already being sent back. A few days later it showed up on my card, and I didn’t have to follow up or beg or anything. Kind of shocked in a good way. I was really relieved because merch refunds can be a nightmare, but this was actually simple. They were nice about it too, which helped, even though I was still mad at myself for picking the wrong size in the first place.

The site feels very Olivia Rodrigo, like the colors, pics, and whole layout fit her style really well. It looked pretty much how I expected and didnt feel random or thrown together. I’d prob give it 4 stars only because a few pages feel kinda plain, and on mobile some parts are a little uneven. Not a big deal tho, just could be a bit cleaner.

Maybe the system was on its best behavior because it knew I was watching, but either way, it was easy overall

I ordered a shirt i was fully prepared for the shipping to be ridiculous because that’s usually how it goes. You find something reasonably priced, then checkout hits you with some nonsense fee out of nowhere. But nope, the shipping cost wasn’t bad at all, actually way less than I expected. Checkout was clear, no weird surprise charges, no “handling fee” magically appearing at the last second. Kind of refreshing, honestly.
